Join this delectable trio on Monday June 23rd at 6pm for a Fat Cat culinary exploration of three small-bite courses showcasing Tijuana Tom’s local hot sauces, and paired with an array of our beers.
3 Course Set menu consisting of:
Aloo Tikki Pura Vida — spiced potato patty topped with kachumber (cucumber,onion,cilantro & lime), FAT Chutney & tamarind sauce. Paired with Invisible Friend APA.
Channa Puri — Carribean boogie spiced Channa and squash curry served with puri. Paired with Just Peachy Sour Ale.
Pulled Beef and Mac — FAT CAT MAC topped with Slow cooked short rib with Coffeed V3 spicy BBQ sauce, topped with FAT coffeed sauce, chives. Paired with Good as Gold IPA.
